We had a great stay here at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy sitting area and all the amenities we needed, including a television and electric kettle. The location was perfect, surrounded by plenty of shops and stalls, and there was even a park with a beautiful lake just across the street. We also appreciated the convenience of having a nearby convenience store. our experience here was fantastic.
We would definitely recommend this place to our friends.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Shah Alam, I was pleased to find the location to be extremely convenient, with nearby options for food and other amenities. The room itself was clean and comfortable, providing a nice place to rest after a long day of exploring. The hotel is situated in a convenient location with plenty of food options around. It has good parking facilities and easy access to public transport. the beds and pillows are comfortable and the sheets are clean. the bathroom is spacious and well-equipped with a sink that is well-constructed to prevent mess. the hotel staff is helpful and offer a reliable taxi service. Guests can opt for a quiet room at the back of the hotel, away from the busy main road.
Some specific rooms in the hotel have clogged drain issues in the shower area, causing a flooding concern.

The hotel was conveniently located near my workplace and several restaurants, which made it easy to get around during my business trip. the check, in process was quick and hassle, free. Finally, the room itself was spacious and well, lit, which helped create a comfortable environment for working.
The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. There were visible stains on the sheets and towels, and the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned.

We had a fantastic romantic escape at this hotel! The hotel room was spotlessly clean, and the bed linen was fresh and white. We were delighted with the hotel’s location as there were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, and we were spoilt for choice with local and international cuisine. The hotel staff was very friendly and always ready to assist us with any queries we had. We also loved that the hotel had a spa and massage service available, which was perfect for a relaxing and rejuvenating afternoon.
The room lacked proper window coverings, which meant that the sunlight woke us up earlier than we had hoped for each morning. The bathroom was also a bit cramped, and there were not enough towels provided.
